REFUND & DOWNLOAD POLICY

The Contingency Project sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by The Contingency Project are digital unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page. No physical product will be shipped for purchases identified as digital products.

Digital files may include printable PDFs, fillable PDFs, completed samples, guides, templates, or other downloadable materials described on the applicable product page.

DOWNLOADS

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital files associated with your order.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and for downloading and securely storing your purchased files.

If you experience problems accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at TheContingencyProject@protonmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate download or file-access issues.

REFUNDS

Because digital products provide access to downloadable content, all digital product sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

Refunds will not normally be issued because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You no longer need or want the product.

  • You expected a physical product when the product was identified as digital.

  • You lack compatible software, equipment, or printing capabilities.

  • You did not fully read the product description before purchasing.

DOWNLOAD OR FILE PROBLEMS

If a purchased file is corrupted, missing, duplicated incorrectly, or otherwise unusable because of an error on our part, contact us before attempting to dispute the transaction.

We may provide a replacement file, corrected download, technical assistance, or another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights.

Products are licensed for personal household use unless otherwise stated. Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, commercially reproduced, or shared with other households without written permission from The Contingency Project.
